A member of WIT (Women in Translation) reported being contacted by email by someone falsely claiming to represent ProZ.com, using the name "Prozwebsite" and the Gmail address [email protected].

A member of WIT (Women in Translation) reported being contacted by email by someone falsely claiming to represent ProZ.com, using the name "Prozwebsite" and the Gmail address [email protected].

You can see an example of the emails sent in this archived report, but we encourage everyone to stay on the lookout for scammers impersonating ProZ or any other major translation platform.
