The two possible scenarios are as follows: 1) We would have the video and a generic Chinese script, in this case English subtitles would need to be created in a subtitling software (Either ours or a compatible one) which includes spotting, timing and English translation 2) The We will have a video and an existing Chinese spotted and timed subtitling file, in which case only translation will be required.
