Time – 15:00–17:00 Taiwan time
Duration – 2 Hours
Online Platform - Zoom
Topic – Business Board Meeting
Fee Details:
Per hour rate: 9500 JPY
Duration: 2 Hours
Total Fees for the assignment: 19,000 JPY

Pre-introductory meeting (Trial Call):
Date: 4th Feb 2025/5th Feb 2025
Time: 15:00 Taiwan time (to be finalized)

Please note that based on this trial call the client will be assigning us this task.

Client Instruction:
- Business Nature - Different from general commercial enterprises, includes some specialized terminology, the client will provide the relevant material to the interpreter.
- The meeting will be conducted in Chinese, with all participants speaking Chinese and only one of them speaking English, so the interpreter will need to translate for him synchronously, and there will be no stoppage in the discussion or conduct of the meeting.
- One-way communication exclusively for a foreign client.
- Usually, we will provide the pre-read 3 days before the meeting.
- Due to the nature of the meeting, it is unlikely that the pre-read will be provided earlier, which means that interpreters will have limited time to prepare beforehand.
