Cette version ne nous a pas été diffusée - nous disposons de la V2 du 22/04/2006 qui nous a été transmise dans le cadre du référencement TMA 2006. Pouvez-vous nous transmettre la version 4.1 ? Les écarts entre la version 2 et la dernière version sont des écarts de mise en forme et des précisons. La dernière version vous sera communiquée très rapidement mais vous pouvez baser votre réponse sur la version en votre possession
2 CDC §1.3 Les documents applicables listés dans le tableau du §1.1 n'ont pas été transmis avec le CDC. Vous est-t'il possible de nous les transmettre ? Comme évoqué dans la remarque sur le document 5 (analyse Cast) , ces documents sont utiles pour faciliter l'élaboration de la réponse. il s'agit d'une omission dans l'envoi. 3 CDC §2.1.8 La liste des fonctions ne comprend que 5 fonctions qui sont toutes "vitales" : cette liste est-t'elle complète ? Les fonctions les plus importantes ont été listées.
4 CDC §3.1.1.1 Est-t'il envisageable que les environnements d'intégration de Société XXX puissent accéder à travers la liaison Société XXX - RIFT à des instances de tests d'application en interface de sigfried (par exemple avec Parsifal )? Ceci a pu être réalisé sur d'autres TMA dont Société XXX a la charge (TMA Cristal , TMA Agate ..). Oui. L'accès à un environnement de test FT connecté à Parsifal sera possible
5 CDC 3.1.2.1 Quel est l'objectif de l'onglet "Team Mix" puisque nous sommes dans un contexte TMA où les prix par Lot sont fixés par le contrat cadre ? Il n'y a que le Lot4 "Etudes Mûrissement et Assistance MOE" qui utilise la grille IT - Services. Que doit t'on rempl Il n'y a pas de référentiel des temps de réponse. Les mesure sont effectuée en production par des robots (test de bout en bout) simulant l'action d'utilisateurs. La mise en place d'analyseurs réseau est envisagée. Concernant les temps de réponse des applications en interface, l'engagement de Siegfried porte sur le temps de réponse hors appel de service.
6 CDC 3.1.7.2 Les plans et jeux de tests sont'ils déjà outillés ? Notamment Test Director est'il utilisé pour la gestion des plans et fiches de tests ? Oui. Test Director est utilisé pour la gestion des plans et fiches de test. Le bouchonnage des interfaces existantes est effectué par l'équipe de qualification. Dans le cas de l'évolution d'une interface une évolution du système de bouchonnage pourrait être demandée et être à la charge de la TMA.
7 CDC §3.2 Y-a-t-il une estimation du nombre mensuel de demandes d'assistance du niveau 3 Société XXX à la TMA ? Est-il envisagé dans un second que le support niveau 3 soit délégué à la TMA ? "En dehors des phases de MPS, le nombre de demandes d'assistance est estimé à 2 par mois maximum

The measures are carried out in production by robots (end to end test) simulating the user's action. The placement of network analysers is envisaged. Pertaining to the response time of interface applications, the engagement of Siegfried deals with response time excluding the service call.

Test Director is used for the management of test plans and files. The businig of existing interfaces is carried out by qualified team. In case of evolution of an interface an evolution of the bushing system could be requested and could be the responsibility of TMA.
