I am a multilingual translator, academic, and media professional with extensive experience in Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, and English translation. I hold a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Arabic from Aligarh Muslim University, India, and a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic and Islamic Sciences from Darul Uloom Nadvatul Ulema, Lucknow. I have also qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Government of India, which is the mandatory qualification for lectureship in India. In recognition of my academic excellence, I was awarded a merit scholarship during my master’s program.

In addition, I possess a Postgraduate Diploma in Mass Communication and Translation Techniques from the University of Hyderabad, and I am proficient in MS Office and various CAT tools used for professional translation and official documentation.

My professional career began in the electronic media, where I worked from 2003 to 2010 in broadcast journalism and copy editing. I served as a Copy Editor and Reporter at ETV News, Hyderabad, followed by a role as News Producer at HY TV, Hyderabad. In 2011, I worked as a Translator at Aligarh Muslim University, where I translated and vetted multilingual software keys (Arabic, Urdu, Persian, and Hindi) for a Government of India–funded Online Library Management System project, in collaboration with IIT Kanpur.

Since late 2011, I have been based in the United Arab Emirates, currently working as a Trainer and Translator in a multinational organization. During my time in the UAE, I have collaborated with several translation agencies and educational institutions, including the National Foreign Language Center (NFLC), University of Maryland, USA, where I worked as a Subject Matter Expert in Urdu and Hindi (2016–2017).

Academically, I have edited seven books and have published more than six research papers in Urdu, Hindi, and Arabic in national and international peer-reviewed journals. I have also participated in multiple national and international academic seminars.

With a strong academic foundation and broad professional exposure across media, academia, and translation services, I bring extensive expertise in multilingual translation, editing, training, and linguistic research.
