स्रोत पाठ - अंग्रेजी Another common misconception is that using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) or TLS (Transport Layer Security) makes an application secure. Here you see a simple example of users connecting to a server over the internet.
Whenever data is transferred across a network, it is possible for the transmission to be recorded or intercepted and modified.
SSL and TLS encrypt data transmissions sent over networks keeping the data private and ensuring that the data was not modified while it was in transit.
A common example of this is using HTTPS instead of HTTP. While SSL keeps data private, that does not mean that contaminated data cannot be transmitted via SSL and TLS.
Attacks targeting an application can be sent through an encrypted network connection. In fact, an attacker may prefer to use an encrypted connection while attacking to try to avoid detection.
Although SSL and TLS are important, they are not silver-bullet solutions that prevent all attacks.

SSL और TLS नेटवर्क पर भेजे गए डेटा प्रसारण को कूटबद्ध (एनक्रिप्ट) करते हैं और इस प्रकार डेटा को गोपनीय रखते हैं तथा यह सुनिश्चित करते है कि प्रसारण के दौरान डेटा संशोधित नहीं किया गया है।

स्रोत पाठ - हिंदी वास्तव में एक लोकतान्त्रिक समाज में जनवादी अधिकारों का दमन और अतिक्रमण सिर्फ़ राज्यसत्ता ही नहीं करती है बल्कि वे प्राक् पूंजीवादी मूल्य , मान्य़ताएं और संस्थााएं भी करती हैं जिनके आधार अतर्कपरकता, असमानता, अंधविश्वासों-पूर्वाग्रहों, और मध्यंयुगीन प्रथाओं में मौजूद होते हैं। राजनीतिक संरचना के प्रत्यक्ष नियन्त्रंण के बाहर समाज में पहले से मौजूद ये संरचनाएं न सिर्फ़ राज्यरसत्ता के ग़ैरजनवादी चरित्र का समर्थन-आधार तैयार करती हैं बल्कि स्वयं भी नागरिकों के जनवादी अधिकारों का अपहरण करती हैं। जनवादी अधिकारों के व्यापक परिप्रेक्ष्य में हमें सिर्फ़ राज्य और नागरिक के बीच के सम्बन्धों की ही नहीं बल्कि नागरिकों के आपसी सम्बंन्धों और सामाजिक संस्थाओं तथा व्यक्ति के सम्बन्धों की भी पड़ताल करनी होगी।
अनुवाद - अंग्रेजी In reality, it is not only the state which represses and encroaches upon the democratic rights in a democratic society but also the pre-capitalist values, beliefs and institutions which are rooted in irrationality, inequality, superstitions-prejudices and the medieval practices. These structures which remain outside the direct control of the political structure and which exist from an earlier era not only build the support base of undemocratic character of the state but they themselves encroach upon the democratic rights of the citizens. In the broader context of the democratic rights, we will have to examine the relationship not only between the state and the citizen but also between the citizens themselves as also the one that exists between the social institutions and an individual.
