I started freelance translation in 2011, out of my passion for words and with a yearning to learn and gain experience, by trying my hand at varied documents. Several trips to India (a country in which I collectively lived for more than two years) have provided me with the opportunity to reinforce my command over the English language and have aided me in developing extensive intercultural skills.
After spending the last three years living between India and France, I am currently interested in developing a national and international clientele from my home country.

I have experience in the following fields: movies (Indian movies subtitles), education/training, licencing and certification, technical (installation instructions, user instructions), food labeling, media and technology (website, mobile application), general (resumes, cover letters, personal letters, open letters, emails) and proofreading (academic dissertations, reports and essays).

Dedicated, creative, ever inquisitive and with a high level of emphasis on perfection, my priority lies in meeting clients' needs and helping them to communicate their ideas to a larger audience, by delivering well tailored and consistent translations.

Presently, I would like to focus primarily on translation projects that match better with my areas of interests (i.e. movie and documentary subtitling, training and educational material, fictional and non-fictional writings), nonetheless I remain open to other kinds of projects.
