Urgent: interpreters needed (Eng, Fre, Kin, Kis, Ara, Spa, Por, Chi, Sign L.)

We are seeking suppliers for the following services and equipment to support workshops, meetings, and events in Kigali, Rwanda:

Services needed:

- Consecutive and simultaneous Interpretation (preferable onsite, but also remote (optional)).
- Languages: English, French, Kinyarwanda, Kiswahili, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, and Sign Language

Also: rapporteur services

Equipment rental needed:

-Speakers
-Goose-necks
-Push-and-Talk Microphones
-Wireless Microphones

Participant Group Sizes
10–100 participants/day
101–500 participants/day
501–1000 participants/day
1001–1500 participants/day
1501–2000 participants/day

Please provide the following details:

1) Hourly and daily rates for services and equipment in both USD and RWF.
2) Availability for upcoming workshops and events in Kigali.
3) Resumes of interpreters and rapporteurs demonstrating relevant experience and qualifications.
