Schedule:This session ended at 11:45
Description:

Machine Translation is now widely adopted. This presentation encourages you to consider your attitude to the use of automated translation or a machine translation tool as an integral component of your CAT tool kitbag.

Plus it will offer a basic overview of the skills you need to develop to become a successful post-editor and the common MT errors to watch out for when post-editing. And remember, if you already have SDL Trados Studio 2011, you can access to the free online community edition of SDL BeGlobal, SDL’s online Machine Translation engine.

This session will be followed by a TEXT ONLY Q&A session on this page with Andy Reid, Product Marketing Manager for SDL Language Technologies. Attendees are also able to submit questions ahead of time at the top of this page.
