Thank you Truptee Many thanks for your input but I feel that Patrika does not convey the implied meaning as it has become more or less synonymous with Magazine or Periodical whereas we are talking about a small document running into 3 or 4 pages which provides basic information or elementary knowledge of a subject or service to the concerned people.

agree Anil Goyal : My pick would be Soochna Patra. Parcha is used for 1 page leaflet but if the document spans to 3-4 pages "soochna patra" seems appropriate.
