Is it possible to process Tex files using Trados??

I need urgent help I have tried Fusion Transit and were not helpful. All help is much appreciated. Or which tool is ideal to process Tex-files. Brandis

Try Tortoise Tagger, which was primarily developed for tagging La-Tex files.

You could tagg the tex-files and translate with Wordfast. Maybe at the wordfast newslist you could find someone who has done it.
If its only a small job I would use forced segmentation in Wordfast and leave the tags unchanged.

You could try OmegaT: treat it as a text file, select paragraph rather than sentence segmenting, and simply work around the tags. If the mark-up is heavy, though, this will be counter-productive.

OmegaT will hopefully have a TeX filter at some point, but not just yet.
