The problem seems to be that your are trying to embed fonts that are not licensed to be embedded — the 'embed fonts' option is often turned on by default in such applications.

So you might start by turning off the 'embed fonts' option in your Acrobat — however, as the warning says, this could cause viewing and/or printing problems at the receiving end, if they don't happen to have those fonts installed.

Another solution might be simply to replace those un-embeddable

Another solution might be simply to replace those un-embeddable fonts by others than can be embedded; it will of course depend on just how important the appearance of the final PDF is, and how those fonts are being used.

font licensing problem Aug 2, 2012

The problem is what the error message says: A font licensing problem. There are some fonts that are digitally marked as non-embeddable. That is, you can’t generate a PDF file from a document that uses these fonts.

As to why anyone would create any such fonts that’s a mystery to me. IMHO fonts that can’t be used in a PDF file are absolutely useless.

So to “fix” the problem you have to use a different font. If that’s not possible then you are stuck.

There are people who sell licenses and earn absolutely useful money.

In some scenarios embedding (which actually means copying) is not necessary: The very last recipient (e. g. a printing house or what have you) might own a legal copy of the font.
