disable clipboard pane from opening after 2x CTRL+C

hi folks,

In MS XP or 2003, even if you disable on the clipboard pane the option "show office clipboard automatically", it will open after any double click of CTRL+C - is there a way to stop this, maybe using some registry commands/entries???

another bugging thing is this: ALT+left arrow tends to change the window focus - how can you stop this from happening??
