What's the white bullet?

I've been seeing these 'white bullets' (◦) as hidden characters in Word docs. What are they and how can you F+R them?

Non-breaking spaces? May 31, 2012

Usually, they are°like that, and it means a non-breaking space. You can search-&-replace them using 'More' and 'Special characters', it should be ^s
