Off topic: How would you translate "shouting till they are blue in the face" into your language?

Two possibilities are:
s'égosiller (tire one's throat shouting) and s'époumonner (à hurler) (tire one's lungs crying/shouting).

I would say :
"Gridare fino a farti scoppiare le vene del collo" = Screaming until your neck veins explode.
Not a blue face... but a step further

Gritar a plenos pulmões

It means something like "to shout with full lungs".

In Italian we say "gridare a pieni polmoni" (with "full" lungs)

Finnish:

One version: "Huutaa pää punaisena" ("to shout with your head all red" -- so we don't go blue in the face, but red)

2nd: "huutaa kurkku suorana" ("to shout with your throat straight", sort of reminds me of the Italian translations above )

If you are furious, in Danish you might go out of yourself
(ude af sig selv af raseri)

Or you might scream until you go out of your (good) skin
Han skreg, indtil han var ved at gå ud af sit gode skind

Or you might even get completely blue in the head (= face)
Hun skriger, indtil hun er helt blå i hovedet
