In response to rhandler's comments below:
One ought to be wary of 'translation by google hits'. 'Forest code' also refers to a 'code of behaviour' when entering a forest. Indeed, a vast number of google hits for 'forest code' are referring to this very subject. 'Forestry Code' on the other hand is almost exclusively used to refer to Forestry law, even if there are 2 billion google hits for something similar sounding.
examples for 'forest code':
"Forest code to halt bad behaviour
Bad behaviour by dog owners, cyclists and horse riders in the UK's newest national park is being tackled by a new code of conduct.
The Forest Code
* Guard against all risk of fire
* Protect trees, plants and wildlife
* Leave things as you find them, take nothing away
* Keep dogs under control
* Avoid damaging buildings, fences, hedges, walls and signs
* Leave no litter"

"Avoid damaging buildings, fences, hedges, walls and signs. Leave no litter. Please Follow The Forest Code To Keep Britain's Woodlands The Best In The World..."
http://homepagesphp.uel.ac.uk/php/u0408884/woods/forestCode....
"Forest Code (Out and About). The Forest Code states:. Be safe and plan ahead - follow any signs and aim to be out of the Forest by dusk..."
http://www.verderers.org.uk/education.html
examples for 'Forestry Code':
"16 (8) of the Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines, “Strips of mangrove or swamplands at least twenty (20) meters wide, along shorelines facing oceans, ..."

"For months, the Brazilian Government has been discussing the new forestry code with environmentalists and landowners."

But that's not to say that 'Forest Code' is wrong. I think both are fine though ultimately it will depend on the specific document you're translating.

: Google statistics: 10,900 English pages for "forestry code", versus 22,700 English pages for "forest code". But it's not only the statistics: "forestry" means "exploração florestal". "código Florestal" é mais amplo e abrangente.
