German to English Medical Medical (general) Ankle anatomy
In the context of someone who broke her ankle when ice-skating. It is part of the findings of an examination:
Es zeigt sich eine deutliche Schwellung im Bereich des Aussenknoechels re. mit deutlichem DS ebendort. Beweglichkeit im Sprunggelenk in S10-0-30, forcierte Supination leicht schmerzhaft, V.MFK, hohe Fibula frei.

The rest is fine, but can't find V.MFK!

MFK is most likely 'Mittelfussknochen' or metatarsal; V is most likely the Roman 5 or 5th.

Thanks David...didn't put them together like that! Was looking at things like V-fractures etc.
