Source text - French Les textes relatifs à l’organisation et au contrôle de l’appel public à l’épargne, ainsi qu’au fonctionnement du marché financier régional, qui sont du ressort du Conseil Régional de l’Epargne Publique et des Marchés Financiers (CREPMF), ne sont pas concernés par le présent recueil. Il en est de même des Actes Uniformes de l’Organisation pour l’Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires (OHADA), qui constituent le droit commun dans les matières traitées par ladite organisation.
Par ailleurs, le Plan Comptable Bancaire (PCB), édicté par la BCEAO et faisant l’objet d’une publication séparée, n’est pas repris dans ce recueil. Ce document s’adresse en particulier aux banques, aux établissements financiers et aux institutions de microfinance, tenus d’en respecter les dispositions, ainsi qu’à la profession judiciaire.
Ce faisant, il vise une large diffusion du dispositif réglementaire en vigueur ainsi que le renforcement de la transparence, tant au niveau de la communication des règles que des pratiques financières, en vue du bon fonctionnement du système bancaire et d’une efficacité accrue des actions des Autorités de tutelle. L’édition 2018 est publiée en trois (3) volumes, comprenant au total douze (12) chapitres.
Translation - Albanian Në këtë përmbledhje nuk trajtohen shkrimet që lidhen me organizimin dhe kontrollin e ofertave publike për kursime, si dhe me funksionimin e tregut financiar rajonal që janë përgjegjësi e Këshillit Rajonal për Kursimet Publike dhe Tregjet Financiare (KRKPTF). Kjo vlen edhe për Aktet Uniforme te Organizatës për Harmonizimin e së Drejtës së Sipërmarrjes në Afrikë (OHDSA), që përbëjnë të drejtën e përbashkët në lëndët e trajtuara nga kjo organizatë.
Gjithashtu, ne këtë përmbledhje nuk trajtohet Plani i Kontabilitetit Bankar (PKB), i miratuar nga BCEAO dhe që përbën një botim të veçantë. Ky dokument iu drejtohet kryesisht bankave, institucioneve financiare dhe institucioneve mikrofinanciare, te cilave iu kerkohet te respektojnë dispozitat e tij, si dhe profesioneve ligjore.
Ne këtë mënyrë, ai synon një shpërndarje të gjerë të sistemit rregullator në fuqi si dhe përforcimin e transparencës, si në aspektin e komunikimit të rregullave po ashtu edhe të praktikave financiare, me qëllim funksionimin sa më të mire të sistemit bankar dhe rritjen e efikasitetit të masave të Autoriteteve mbikëqyrëse. Publikimi i vitit 2018 vjen në tre (3) vëllime, duke përmbledhur gjithsej dymbëdhjetë (12) kapituj.

Bio
I am an Albanian
native speaker graduated in French language and literature from
University of Tirana. I also post-graduated from HEC School in Liege, Belgium, studied
in Sofia, Bulgaria for 1.5 year in a francophone institution and lived in
France for 1 year for a paid internship. Living in Albania helps me to be
constantly in touch with the modern Albanian language. Working in the tourism
industry for more than 5 years, it constantly helps me being in touch with
either French and English language. I also have very good knowledge of Italian,
as a language I grew up with. I provide professional translation and
proofreading services between French, English and Albanian. My writing skill
and wide general knowledge about geography, History, business, cultures, psychology
and industries, make my translations fluent and fit to each domain.
