I am a native Italian speaker with many years of experience and a sound professional background in the translation field. I am actually working at home as translator and proofreader for few Italian and German local independent writers (the region where I live is bilingual). Actually I am teaching Italian Language (Literature & Grammar) and English to German scholars at my own place. My last work was a translation of a 100 pages romance from German to Italian. I have been busy with proofreading for the local newspaper, for the public Library and for private clients too, translating and editing differenit kinds of texts (novelties, romance, dissertations) from brochures and marketing materials as of academic papers and books. During my Language Studies at the University I have been working in the Tourism industry, so I've gained a strong background in the Travel & Tourism field. After that I have been employed for 25 years as freelance Fashion Designer. My interests are still connected with Art and Fashion now as I have a vast international experience in Fashion/Art field. It is fair to say that I am new to the world of on-line freelancing, but I'm very dedicated, focused and always strive for the best in my endeavors.
