Swedish term

attestberratigad chef

Swedish to English Bus/Financial Tourism & Travel travel policy, management
Sorry the accent is missing from the 'a'. Can anyone tell me what this means, please?
Example sentence: I planeringen ingar aven att vardera nodvendigheten av resan, vilket ska diskuteras med attastberattigad chef.
Basically, a travel company is streamlining its activities to find the cheapest way of travel, incl. business trips.
Thanks in advance.
