While I would agree with my esteemed colleagues' translations in most contexts, as this is an intyg I think I would go for a rather more formal ending. Some people might say this is a stuffy and old-fashioned attitude, but I think the vital question is - who is going to read this? If it is a senior person in some organisation, someone you have never met, and particularly if the intyg is aimed at British English readers, and is a paper document, I think the convention is still to use rather formal language such as Yours sincerely. But if email, probably not.
