Swedish term
överföring
Swedish to English
Law/Patents
Other
Immigration and Deportation
So far I am using the term "deportation" but I get the feeling that the meaning is slightly less harsh.
Sentences given:
"Yttrande med anledning av överklagat överföring i enlighet med Dublinförordningen"
and
"Migrationsverkets beslutar att överföra dig till Österrike..."
If any of you are certain that "deportation" is the correct word, then I would appreciate that input as well.

I'm guessing here. Even though transfer does mean "överföring" amongst other words. Expulsion and deportation is for "förvisning"... as far as i know.

expulsion
I am not sure whether the meaning of 'expulsion' is less harsh than that of 'deportation', but I guess you might want to give it a try.
Anyway, these are by no means 'pleasant' words:-)
