Dunder is used as an intensifier in Swedish, e.g. dundersuccé (smash hit, huge success), so dunder when describing a product you're trying trying to sell probably means the product is terrific, works wonders, etc.

every dictionary brings up thunder, but if it is to describe a product?? I know you can call a headache 'dundrene hodepine' i.e a thundering headache.
