: I see your point, although it feels as if there ought to be a better solution. And "shall make available"?? How about "will provide"? "Shall" is Euroenglish.

I find it very strange that it is the customer ("kunden"), and not the company that should allocate expertise. Maybe there is a mistake in the sentence?
