Means the opposite here Both Paul and Dave have proposed translations of the most common meaning of the Swedish word "indragning". But from the law text - utmätningslagen - etc. it is pretty clear that the meaning here is the opposite: not withdrawal but inclusion. I imagine what is behind the expression is "dra in" = include (often against someones will), which more formally would be "indraga", hence "indragning".
So, Chris and Dave in the discussion have got it right.

A jointly owned property can be sold to recover a debt from just one of the owners.
I’ve no idea what this might be called in English though, if it even exists. I wouldn’t want it happening to me. It seems very unfair.

Okay, I will post this finally as so many think it's right in the discussion. But the credit has to go to Chris for spotting our initial errors and describing what was meant, and then to Deane for confirming my tentative translation of Chris' idea and Agneta lastly for confirming that Chris' idea was right.

revocation

As the reason for why this motion has been put forward is not stated, and after a limited amount of legal research, I suggest "revocation" as it is used almost exclusively to mean the cancellation of a previously established relationship.
I don't get the same feeling about "withdrawal", but that could be merely personal!
