Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with this phrase.
It comes from a customer satisfaction survey for a gas supplier from Brazil and is to be translated into UK English.
The question asked was:
"Finally, do you have any additional comments to make regarding your experience with {company}?"
The full answer given was:
"Demora no agendamento, demora no atendimento comercial, falta de interesse em resolver assuntos de cadastro, demora no cadastro, demora na visita de p/ aferir a central de gás mesmo essa ja pronta e funcionando, não entrea ate hoje do relatório de pericia da central de gás, nao cumprimento do preço acordado... o segundo o consultou no dia de tirar meu pedido disse que tinha ocorrido um aumento e que eu deveria receber naquele preço e que depois ele dava desconto em outra compra."
My translation so far is as follows:
"Delays in scheduling, delays in customer service, lack of interest in resolving registration issues, delays in registration, delays in visiting to check the gas unit was even ready and working, ongoing failure to deliver the expert report on the gas unit, failure to comply with the agreed price...the second one searched on my order day and said that there had been a price increase and that I should receive that price and later he will give me a discount on another order."
I really can't get my head around this.

It's a bit confusing, but I believe the customer means the second guy to visit them checked the gas unit (and the price) when the order was made.
