Verbatims
Hi everyone,
I am hoping for a little help with a few terms I am struggling with. I have posted them in separate questions.
I am translating the verbatims from a market research survey regarding an advert for a beer brand. The translation is from Brazilian Portuguese into UK English.
The question asked was "Please describe the ad you just saw, as if you were talking to a friend."
The response is "é uma marca da hora, patrocina a chapionfs eu gosto da cerveja”.
I don't understand what "chapionfs" is. I'm wondering if it is a spelling error but I'm not sure what of?
I would greatly appreciate any help anyone can provide.
Many thanks!
Kerryann

I believe there was a spelling mistake, but I'm pretty sure he/she refers to the Champions League, soccer competition in Europe.
