Portuguese term

determinados e legalmente possíveis

Portuguese to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
This is from the Official Gazette of Mozambique. It's a publication of an association that is being officially recognized as an association. I'm having trouble with properly wording the portion that says "determinados e legalmente possíveis".

Context:

Governo da Província de XXXXXX
DESPACHO

wording it like a native speaker So, I'm trying to get it worded like a native speaker and not to sound strangely translated... So are you guys saying that this sounds like someone wrote this in English if translated in this manner?

"Having examined the documents submitted, it appears to be an association which pursues specific, lawful purposes that are legally possible..." or "which pursues specfic, legally lawful purposes...." or "which pursues purposes that are specific, lawful, and legally possible"???
