Please, read the "chronicle" link and you'll find that this "bond" really means the obligations of both parties, and not only a relationship... I always use employment bond since it means "vínculo" itself. "Vínculo", "bond", "ties" are the rights and obligations of both parties - that's why the URL tells about the difficulties of mobility in the job. It's related to the Employment Agreement / Contrato de Trabalho / which incorporates the "vínculo trabalhista".
