working on weekends and public holidays
As far as I know there is no single English term covering all meanings of 'férias': the one or two days not worked every week (depending on whether you do a 6 or a 5-day working week), usually Saturday and Sunday; and 'public holidays' which can fall on any day of the week.
You will need to mention both 'weekends' and 'public holidays' in the translation.
'não gozadas' could be rendered as 'working on...' or ' ... not taken' - I prefer 'working on'.

If, in the source text context, 'férias' includes extra-legal holiday entitlement (i.e. annual holidays exceeding the minimum legal period), this would have to be added to the English-language translation. I believe that in many (all?) EU countries employers are not allowed to give economic compensation to employees who do not take their minimum legal annual holidays.
You will need to mention both 'weekends' and 'public holidays' in the translation.
'não gozadas' could be rendered as 'working on...' or ' ... not taken' - I prefer 'working on'.
