Comment: "THanks Jane. I liked the "unincorporated" bit, and your suggestion that I check the meaning of "centros". That led me to "unincorporated associations", which term is often used in UK English. I've gone for "unincorporated associations for collective interests - there isn't a direct, established translation, so I've chosen one that's pretty self-explanatory and the terminology doesn't stray too far from the Portuguese term."

The way I read it is that the agreement covers both individual and collective establishments or partnerships which may be formed, so when you are translating it, you need to use both of those words, ie. individual...collective.
