This is one of several bulleted phrases in a marketing brochure for a company in the oil exploration and drilling business. They've been offering holdings (shares) in their company for the past few years. I can't figure out a nice catchphrase for this concept in English -- "offering holdings"? -- "brokering shares?" -- "mediating ownership"?? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

There may well be a more expensive term out there, but the only way you can 'formidle' an ownership share is by selling it or giving it away to the new owner. Brokering shares would work too - particularly if the broker is someone other than the present owner of the shares.
