Labbé's vein (or Vein of Labbé)
Vein of Labbé is found in the brain and well known to neurosurgeons. It is named after the French surgeon Charles Labbé who first described it and is also known as the inferior anastomotic vein. It drains the superficial cerebral vein into the transverse sinus. It crosses the temporal lobe between the transverse sinus and the sylvian fissure. Preservation of this vein is often important in temporal lobe surgery for the treatment of epilepsy.

basal vein
I think you are dealing with a typo in your script, probably from the medical transcriptionist. "Labeas" doesn't make sense. It could be the basal vein. Check your medical charts to see how this vein drains into the internal cerebral vein.
