German term
ausgebaut
German to English
Marketing
Wine / Oenology / Viticulture
Shouldn't that be 'angebaut'? Or does this mean something like 'harvested'?

No, "ausgebaut" is correct here. For a definition of this term in German, see:
www.rotweissrot.de/oesterreich-wein/weinglossar?stichwort=a...
I don't know the English equivalent, though, but I still hope that helps.

: Yes, the wine is from their own vineyard, but matured, and possibly bottled, by another.

The english equivalent for *ausgebaut* would be: (well) developped, (well) structured; im Faß ausgebaut: aged in barrels; cask-matured -
all this obviously does not fit here.
