German to English Medical Psychology
A report on a psychiatric patient states:
"der patient ist in der Interaktion zeitweise gereizt und misstrauisch, verbunden mit einem lamorianten, katastrophisierenden Verhalten."

The word doesn't seem to be used in English.
How should I translate 'lamoriant' please?
