I'm translating for a health foods site, and I came across the sentence posted below. Making milk at home is a new concept to me, so I wanted to make sure I was reading this sentence correctly. I have heard of soy milk, but is this implying you can make milk from grains and nuts? The sentence I am referring to is below. Maybe I am a bit behind the times, but I want to make sure that doesn't affect the quality of my translation. So any clarification of this would be very helpful. Thank you!

Response Sorry Andrew, this was my first question and I wasn't sure if that was the norm. I have edited the question, so now you can write a formal answer. And thank you to both of you, now that I think about it, I am pretty sure I have heard of almond milk.

Yes there are a lot of plant-based milk substitutes on the market, especially since many people are lactose (or milk) intolerant. As an example for a milk substitute from grain, there is rice milk such as the Rice Dream brand. See link below. There is also coconut milk. I live in Hawaii, USA and these products are very common over here.
