German to English Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals transcription
A neurologist is discussing a phase III trial of over 1500 participants, and saying how that number is impressive. When asked why he replies:

"Ich kann auch eine A.D.D. durchfuehren, mit 100 Leuten, und man koennte sagen Ich kann so was nicht akzeptieren"

What is an ADD, I assume a pharmaceutical study of some kind, but if you could let me know what it stands for and also the correct English translation.

Most likely .... IMO the correct acronym is -> AWB - Anwendungsbeobachtung; Engl. there are two possible terms:
1. post-marketing surveillance
2. in-use study
