@ Donald - obviously but we still don't know exactly what lirka is referring to here, and this fact might change the translation.

Whom? usually doctors, PA's, and NP's, but there can be visits to formulary committees at. hospitals, HMO's and pharmacies. Those would be largely discussions with dispensers, with occasional prescribers present. They are all referred to as detailing or product detailing visits.

It probably refers to visiting doctors in order to promote a new/existing treatment/drug, so I'd go with the simple "visit planning":
