HS bedeutet Halbschrift und wird auch als Rubrik oder “Spiegel” bezeichnet. Zum Inhalt siehe § 80 Abs ZPO. Er wird - auch bei persönlicher Übergabe (“Überreichen”) - mit dem Eingangsstempel des Gerichtes (“Einlaufstelle”) versehen und dem Überreicher sofort ausgehändigt oder dem Absender zurückgeschickt. Aus ihm ersieht man, ob der SS rechzeitig [sic]eingebracht wurde.

1 handwritten copy?
I know from a previous question that 1-fach means one copy only but I'm not at all sure about HS. This is the only abbreviation I could find that might fit the bill.
