Perhaps this helps?

contact details available to all internal/intranet users

Sounds like the most natural way of putting it.
Peer comment(s):

neutral AllegroTrans : Can't see "Intranet" in the source text, for all we know the organisation/company may not have an Intranet

I already covered the standard expression. This is an additional option: if they have an intranet, they can just to refer to that to avoid any discussion about what constitutes an internal user

agree Lancashireman : If it's within the company only, it's not been 'made public'.

Yes, right you are.
agree Michael Martin, MA : Agree with LM. I also like "shared". Moreover, "contact details" seems slightly more natural than "contact data"

I agree with your feedback that "contact details" appears to be more natural than "contact data", but so does "contact information", in my view.
agree Herbmione Granger : Sounds better than "company-privacy-level contact data" :)

professional contact information

https://business.tutsplus.com/articles/7-tips-on-what-inform...
Contact information is the meat of a business card. If you want people to contact you, you have to tell them how. But which of all your contact info should you include? The key word to keep in mind here is “direct.”...
Always give your direct contact information as a professional, rather than a business, while keeping your personal information private.

"Employee contact information" may be more appropriate.

I'm not sure about the wording here. People often put their personal information on privately owned websites (run by owners other than themselves) and the website and content are essentially available/accessible to the public.
Also, in EN, it would be better to put (z.B. Ihre betriebsöffentlichen Kontaktdaten) after ... Beschäftigungsverhältnisses. Then, you would certainly not need anything more than "for example, (shared) contact information."

Historically, we have not shared contact information with anyone outside of our company. However, it is possible that at some point we might share contact information with other companies that offer products and services that we think would be of interest to our customers. If you would like us to keep your contact information confidential, please let us know so that we can flag your information in our customer database as "Do Not Share."

neutral AllegroTrans : Your translation ignores "betriebsöffentliche" which does not mean "professional"

I didn't say that it did :) The meaning is obvious from "für die Mitarbeiter eines Betriebes" and "öffentliche Stellen." Betriebsöffentlich = edit: open/public to those within the business, edit: which means that it's *available* to them.
