I have an old SAP glossary where Auffüllmimik is translated as "replenishment logic." Based on your context, I propose this translation and think it would fit.

: I believe "mimic" wouldn't work anywhere in the English-speaking world in this context. Still, I'd be hesitant to just go for the generic "control" because this may be more specific (see above and note the difference between "Steuerung" and "Ansteuerung")

True, I have seen Ansteuer... in the sense of 'drive' or 'actuate.'

Discussion
Regarding your comment on the abbreviations, they designate the "Ansteuersignale" in your immediate context shown above (this may of course be different in other instances). Signals are obviously not controllers.
As regards the "Ansteuerung" aspect, this could also be rendered more specifically as "actuation" or "triggering", depending on your further context. On a more general note, "Mimik" is typical German engineering jargon to refer to any type of assembly, unit, contraption, device etc. (there should be some related glossary entries already). You wouldn't use "mimic" in English in this context.
