English term

100% final clearance inspection

English to Spanish Tech/Engineering Manufacturing Quality Assurance Agreement
I'm having trouble with the translation of '100% final clearance inspection'. It appears in one of the clauses under the following heading:

[Heading] The supplier's testing method within the context of series monitoring

- Process control charts will be used for documentation (cpk 1.33). Machine capability (cmk 1.67) shall also de recorded at appropriate intervals for the processing equipment. Other requirements may be agreed in writing per project.

- Proof of process and machine capability for subcontactors must also be provided.

- If the required capability is not met, the supplier must conduct a "100% final clearance inspection". At the same time, the supplier shall introduce measures to achieve the required capability. The supplier shall submit these together with a schedule to [name of company] immediately.

There are examples of final clearance inspection reports online, but I'm none the wiser as regards how to translate it.

I would appreciate your help. Thank you.

Thank you for your help but at the moment I'm using 'inspección final al 100%'. I would appreciate it if you could provide some references as I have the feeling it refers to a sampling procedure.

At the bottom of page 32 of the following link I've found 'inspección final (al) 100%', which seems to be right.

Also:

Inspección 100%
El proceso de inspección 100% es aquel proceso que consiste en verificar todas las unidades de un lote.

100 % final inspección para aprobación

it looks as the inspection of a machine / installation for approval before the buyer takes it over

Hello,
I used the knowledge gathered in a recent job for the oil industry.
There are the inspections done by the suppliers, and then the final approval inspections done jointly by the supplier and the client (or its representative).
Yours Raoul COLIN
