Initials=τα αρχικά (υπογραφής)
Better English should have been 'INITIALED' and not 'initialized'. I reckon that is why it was confusing for you.
One might possibly say, 'an order has been initialised', meaning the order has already been started (to be made). But if it is a 'cancellation' I very much suspect, as it says, 'A cancellation enquiry' was sent without a signature or, at least, initials as a signature, for the Enquiry to be valid.

ASSIMINA:- In the Kudoz Entry you have entered, (which I tried to Edit but couldn't), you should put INITIALED(μονογρφηθεί) and NOT initialised'(= έχει αρχίσει), (λάθος Αγγλικά).
