Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA (BBVA) provides 3 types of flexible work, after the pilot phase testing. One of the keys that allows to define the 3 modalities is the time that employee spend outside the office. The first modality is implemented when the employee carries out 90% of his/her work duties while working from home permanently. The rest of the time the employees carries out the corresponding tasks at the offices, according to the established schedule. The employee who works according this modality can ask for the office furniture to be installed at his/her household. Furthermore, the employee signs the agreements of Labour Health, with specific recommendations summarized.
