Βλέποντας το κείμενο, λέω μήπως αρκεί να πει κανείς απλά "Πιο επικίνδυνη αλλά εν δυνάμει αποδοτική έρευνα" μια και δεν δείχνει να αναφέρεται άμεσα στα χρήματα, αλλά στο πόσο επικίνδυνη είναι η ίδια η έρευνα - or do I have the wrong end of the stick?

Σε καταλαβαίνω! Όμως στην 6η έκδοση του Χρυσοβιτσιώτη το λήμμα δίνει: high risk = υψηλός, αυξημένος κίνδυνος. To IATE επίσης δίνει υψηλός κίνδυνος

Thanks Angeliki. However, I don't find it ideal either. I think there is some term that matches the context and field even better than "υψηλού κινδύνου".

A reputable fund manager who has his marketing material translated and published in Greek uses this wording. I do not understand why your customer does not accept it. Can you elaborate? Perhaps give some more context?
