- което мн ще се различава от одобреното предложение. И според мен това ще да е "Споразумение ~ / Услуга, предоставяна за временно ползуване" - нъл има в текста и временни права за отстъпване на ... , а не за собственост върху / на ... Софтуерът на устройството за образна диагностика си остава собственост на Собственика...;-) , който "продава" джаджата си, но не и правата за софтуера - т.е. ги преотстъпва за някакво време...
И на всички Николовци, Николинки и производни от тях съименници - Честит им имен ден! Радост, здраве и щастие на именниците! ... ;-) И умната със "шараните" - щъркелите отдавна отлетяха на юг!
