That phrase doesn't exist in Spanish. If you want to catch their attention you should say: "Poneos en fila" or "uno detrás de otro, en fila."
If you have two lines and you want them to stand close to each other, and want to use the 'zipper image'. You would have to explain that to them: "Las dos filas juntas, besándose como si fueran una cremallera."
They might understand it or you might have to explain a little bit further. Anyways, it seems like a fun comparison, so why not try.
