This is in an Austrian contract for building a prefab house.

Kann der Liefertermin durch Verschulden des Auftraggebers nicht eingehalten werden, steht dem Auftragnehmer Schadenersatz für die Verschiebung zu.

Insbesondere kann der Auftragnehmer dadurch entstehende Produktionsausfallkosten, **Stehzeilen** und entstehende Lagerkosten verrechnen.

Here's an alternative solution. Zeilen could refer to rows, as in cost items on a claim form or invoice.
