Dear colleagues,
may I ask how you would rephrase “in the moment” near the end of the following passage taken from a text on a meditation technique called the Wheel of Awareness? I know that “in the moment” is often used to refer to “living in the present moment” o “here and now”; might it be, though, that here it is used more in the sense of "in a given moment”?
I really thank you for your valuable help!

In order to attempt to delineate all the varying ways that energy and information enter our awareness and have a sense of personal significance that may arise from our top-down filtering process, how we have an experience of individual meaning, I created the following mnemonic of the ABCDE’s (associations, beliefs, cognition, developmental period, emotions) of meaning in the mind. This is not by itself the broad sense of how to live a meaningful life, but rather the specific relevance of how any particular energy and information pattern has a unique, individualized, personal significance for each of us—yours different from mine, but each of us with an overall state of mind *** in the moment *** that embeds meaning for us. Being aware of this personal meaning may become a way of living a more meaningful life in the broader sense of how we use that term to indicate a life of purpose and connection.
