CLEANING PROCEDURE:

Type A Cleaning Procedure. (For batch to batch changeover)

1. Affix “ TO BE CLEANED” tag to the equipment.
2. Take out the feeder sliding plate & do manual feeder jogging for removing the remaining powder.
3. Remove the connecting sleeve, hopper and de dust them with vacuum cleaner.
4. Remove the feeder shaft. Take out the feeder by loosening the Eliza knobs , dismantle & clean the feeder paddles, intermittent plate, feeder pan, feeder shoe, gear housing with the help of vacuum cleaner .
5. Clean the feeder support with vacuum cleaner.
6. Remove & clean the dust extraction duct, powder scrapper with TOD , take off plate, tablet discharge chute, exit chute, powder recirculating scoop, with the help of vacuum cleaner .
7. Clean the recirculating groove on die table by vacuum cleaner.
8. Take out all the dust cups & clean them with IPA.
